How to do online booking on Vietravel Airlines' website?

Online booking procedure

Step 1: Visit our website at: http://vietravelairlines.vn, select Departing city, Arriving city, Departure date (for one-way ticket), Return date (for round trip ticket), Number of passengers, Service class. Then, click "Search flights" button to proceed.

Step 2: Select the preferred travel class for your selected flight(s) by ticking the appropriate box in the fare selection. A recap of your total fare (taxes and fees included) will be shown on the right side of your screen. Click "Next"

Step 3: Complete your personal information. Please note that fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required. Click "Next" to proceed.

Step 4: Select add-on service if desired for your trip. In this step, you may reserve favored seat and purchase extra services.

Step 5: After clicking "Next", your flight itinerary will be shown. Please verify your personal information prior to selecting your payment method. vietravl Airlines offers the following payment options: Online pyament by ATM using Onepay, credit cards like VISA, Master Card, American Express, JCB, or scanning QR code using mobile banking/wallet, or pay later under the form "Bill checked" using internet Banking or Mobile Banking App, at the banks' counter or Vietravel Airlines' official ticket office.

Step 6: Click "Complete booking" to confirm the purchase.

Step 7: Once your booking is successful, Vietravel Airlines’ booking system will send an e-ticket to the  email address you provided us. Your e-ticket will include your personal information, flight itinerary and reservation code.

If you do not receive your e-ticket within 1 hour of successful booking, please log onto our website at http://www.vietravelairlines.vn/ to look up your ticket number, or contact our Call Center at 19006686 for support. (The same process also applies in case of e-ticket loss).

Once you have received your e-ticket, you can print out a physical copy or store it on your phone. You will be asked to provide your e-ticket upon arrival at the check-in counter.
