Check-in process at the airport

Step 1: Come to check-in counters of Vietravel Airlines or kiosk (for passengers without checked baggage)

Step 2: Get the boarding pass

Step 3: Airport security check

Step 4: Boarding

Step 5: On board

Due to potential traffic delays, check-in time and security screening, passengers are recommended to be at the airport at least 90 minutes before the departure of domestic flights and 120 minutes before the departure of international flights.

Opening check-in counters: 120 minutes prior to departure time

Closing check-in counters: 40 minutes prior to departure time

International

Opening check-in counters: 180 minutes prior to departure time

Closing check-in counters: 50 minutes prior to departure time

Notes:

  • When the flight schedules change, the time for opening and closing check-in counters will be adjusted in accordance with the new flight schedule.
  • The time for opening and closing check-in counters depends on the regulations of the airport authorities and each airline.
  • Passengers must be present at the airport to ensure the completion of flight, customs, security, immigration procedures on time.
  • If you do not comply with the time prescribed above, Vietravel Airlines has the right to refuse to carry.
